Our new journey planner covers not only the south-east region but also London (information supplied by Transport for London) and will plan journeys by address or postcode, including walk links where relevant. It is supported by comprehensive maps of the region. We hope that you find that the new journey planner meets your requirements.

Warning: We are aware that there are still a few minor bugs in the new system, and some gaps in the detail of our data - and we are working hard to find and correct these problems as quickly as possible.

If you have difficulties making enquiries on our new site, please phone your enquiry to the traveline south east call centre using the usual number - 0870 608 2 608. Normal opening hours are 0700 - 2200 every day. If you are calling from a mobile phone or from outside the south east region, then keying 820 when you hear the first voice message will direct your call to the south east region's main call-centre.
